Historically TMMP had accumulated a great deal of data and this had become fragmented over a number of servers and locations making it time consuming to manage so a complete rationalisation was required. The investment in a customised CRM System has rectified this and by introducing automation has now reduced our administration time from 3 to 4 hours a day to 3 to 4 minutes a day representing a massive saving on the bottom line.

Both Jim and Jamie provided a personalised service and were available to me at every stage of development. After taking a look at several off-the-shelf CRM tools, none of which were quite what we wanted (they all came with a load of features we just do not need) we were lucky enough to ask Jim how he might approach this - and taking our bullet-point description of what we needed he created (very quickly) a slick and simple to use membership database which the team all love. It is no under statement to say it has transformed the way we work. And excellent aftercare has meant we can keep adding features as we need them. Highly recommended.
