CRM Engine has been designed by Business Equip, following a number of our clients requesting a bespoke CRM Engine system. We soon saw a need for an easy to use and simple CRM system which could easily be bespoken for individual company needs. We are a small team based in Norwich, Norfolk in the UK.
Team
Jim Drew
Jim has almost 25 years of IT and System development experience and 6 years as Conference centre Manager.
He is a senior database designer and developer, having a wealth of experience in many different industries and fields.
He has had experience as an IT trainer too.
Jamie Allan
Jamie has over 40 years of successfully delivering CRM focused business solutions for SME’s including being an early adopter of customer profiling/customer experience for Renault and Audi/VW using CACI ACORN in the 1970’s/80’s then known as database marketing.
His experience includes Retail, Automotive, Telecommunications and IT Solutions and is a Microsoft Sales Professional, a registered and approved Business Growth Adviser and a GoDigital Adviser for Norfolk County Council.
