After taking a look at several off-the-shelf CRM tools, none of which were quite what we wanted (they all came with a load of features we just do not need) we were lucky enough to ask Jim how he might approach this – and taking our bullet-point description of what we needed he created (very quickly) a slick and simple to use membership database which the team all love.
