After taking a look at several off-the-shelf CRM tools, none of which were quite what we wanted (they all came with a load of features we just do not need) we were lucky enough to ask Jim how he might approach this – and taking our bullet-point description of what we needed he created (very quickly) a slick and simple to use membership database which the team all love. It is no under statement to say it has transformed the way we work. And excellent aftercare has meant we can keep adding features as we need them. Highly recommended.
